The print itself is superior to that attainable with serigraphy or lithography, because no film, screens or plates are used. Instead, ink is finely sprayed directly on the paper; more than four million droplets each second. The effect is similar to an air brush technique.

The process begins with a high resolution digital scan. The skill of the craftsman in clarifying and proofing color, value, and line, determines the quality of the edition. The resulting giclee print captures all of the artistic nuances of the original photograph.

Our current Honor Plaque print is an edition of 250 prints. At the end of the edition, all digital information is destroyed, ensuring that the edition cannot be duplicated. The integrity and value of this fine art print depends on this final step.
